Privacy policy

1. The short version
focuswave is an offline app. It has no accounts and no cloud, so there is no profile, no session history and no listening data on our side to collect, sell or lose.
This website is a marketing page for the upcoming release. The only thing it ever asks for is an email address, and only if you choose to type one into the waitlist form.
2. What the app stores
Your session lengths, presets, streaks and sound preferences are written to storage on your own device and stay there. They are never uploaded, and uninstalling the app removes them.
The sound library ships inside the app, so playing a track does not contact any server.
3. What this website stores
The waitlist form on this site is currently a front-end preview: the email you type stays in your browser and is not transmitted or stored anywhere. When the list opens for real, this page will be updated to say exactly where that address goes and how to have it deleted.
We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run cross-site trackers on this page.
4. Third parties
We do not sell, rent or share personal data. Basic technical information such as your IP address is processed by our hosting provider to serve this page, as is normal for any website.
5. Your rights
Because we hold no account data, there is generally nothing to export or erase. If you have joined a future waitlist and want your address removed, one message is enough and we will delete it.
