1. About these terms

These terms cover this website and the focuswave app once it is released. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site or the app.

2. No account required

focuswave does not have user accounts, logins or passwords. There is nothing to register for, which also means there are no account credentials for you to keep safe or for us to reset.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase, a reservation or a contract. It signals interest in the release and nothing more. Launch dates, platform availability and early-access pricing described on this site are current intentions and may change before v1 ships.

4. Licence and content

When focuswave is released you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. The lofi and ambient tracks bundled with it are licensed for playback inside the app only; they may not be extracted, redistributed or used in your own recordings, streams or videos.

The focuswave name, logo, interface and copy on this site remain our property.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, remove its licence protections, or use this website to distribute malware or abusive content.

6. No warranty

focuswave is a focus timer, not a safety-critical tool. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it as the only alarm for something that genuinely matters, such as medication or a flight.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the app.

7. Changes and contact
